Alert: We’re Open – But Experiencing Capacity Pressures

We are still open and continuing to provide care. However, due to significant and unexpected delays in pathology reporting from NUH hospitals, which are entirely outside of our control, we are currently experiencing severe capacity issues.

To help us manage this situation and continue supporting those most in need, we kindly ask that you contact us only if absolutely necessary. Wherever possible, please use our online services for routine queries and requests.

If you feel you need to be seen, please be aware that we will prioritise based on clinical urgency and the most appropriate care pathway.

In the meantime, please consider other options for care and advice:
- NHS 111 (available 24/7)
- Minor Injury Units
- Accident & Emergency (for serious or life-threatening issues)
Your local pharmacy, which can provide expert advice and treatment for many minor health concerns. If you're exempt from NHS charges, your prescriptions will remain free of charge.

We appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time.
