Dear Patients,

We will no longer be supplying the contraception injection (Depo) in practice. This will be prescribed for you which you will then need to collect from the pharmacy and bring to your appointment. Prescriptions for contraception are free of charge so this will not come at a cost to you. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, thank-you for your co-operation.
