Dear Patients,

We will no longer be supplying the B12 injection in practice. This will be prescribed for you which you will then need to collect from the pharmacy and bring to your appointment. We will prescribe the injection in a pack of 5 meaning you will only have to pay the prescription fee once a year and not each time. You will be responsible in storing the remaining injections and bringing one to each booked appointment. Please let us know when it’s your last injection so we can prescribe you a new batch if required. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, thank-you for your co-operation.
